SX Luthier

El conocido Luthier George Gorodnitski, fundó en 1980 su Master Guitar Company. George nació en Riga, Latvia, donde se graduó en la Universidad de Música y Luthier de violines - Riga Musical College, Art Academy. Posteriormente, a final de los ochenta, vinieron tiempos para vivir el sueño americano y cambió de aires. Trasladó su vida a Los Angeles ( Estados Unidos), donde continuó su trabajo de diseño y construcciones de auténticas guitarras "obras de arte" : tapas arqueadas (archtops), otras tipo flattops, muchas semiacústicas y eléctricas. Todos sus instrumentos ofrecen un sonido irreal, son de diseño único, innovador y reconocible a primera vista. Por esto más y más estrellas de la guitarra rock, jazz y otros estilos contactaban con George para sus proyectos en guitarrería.

Posteriormente George se une a TeamInternational para llevar a cabo este proyecto innovador. SX Guitars

2000 Millenium Model. An original design by Master Luthier George Gorodnitski. Made in California, this is one of a new line of guitars we will be carrying. They are incredible. This is a semi-hollow double cut archtop in a cherry sunburst finish. The flamed maple top is deeply carved and ribbed with unique soundholes over a mahogany body and set neck. It has a trapeze tailpiece that is ebony inlaid with blue/green abalone as is the rose fingerboard inlay. It has 2 humbucking pickups with a single volume and tone control with a 3 way switch, and Sperzel locking gears. All gold hardware. Extremely light weight with a unique neck / body joint angle. A superb instrument.
