If Damage caused by misuse or accident.

 If Damage caused by normal everyday wear, including scratches, finish discoloration and/or checking, string breakage, and normal wear to frets and tuning machines (Waverly tuners are covered by their own Lifetime Limited Warranty, and any warranty issues relating to Waverly tuners should be addressed to the manufacturer).

 If Damage to woods or finishes caused by changes in temperature, humidity, weather. We recommend you keep your SX Guitar  in a temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled environment, preferably inside its case when not in use.

 If Damage to the finish caused by reaction to contact with vinyl, rubber, or improperly treated fabrics and/or leathers, including furniture, instrument straps, capos, and instrument stands. Please be advised that many popular rubber-covered or padded instrument stands will react with an instrument's finish; we recommend covering any contact areas with soft cloth such as self-adhesive felt tape strips, which are available in any craft store.

 If Damage to materials or finish caused by incorrect cleaning & polishing materials and/or techniques.

 If Damage caused by extreme heavy-gauge strings. SX Guitars  are constructed for light-gauge or medium-gauge strings ONLY; use of heavy-gauge strings will damage the instrument and will void the warranty.

 If Electronics problem happens (pickup systems are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties such as Shadow or Fishman).

 If Defects involving subjective personal tastes or judgments, such as tone.

 If Instruments upon which incorrect or unauthorized repairs have been performed.

 If Instruments have been altered or modified in any way.

 If Instruments have had the serial number or label altered or tampered with.
